We are in the process of transforming a number of estates. Our aim is to create strong, stable and sustainable neighbourhoods where people choose to live. We aim to achieve this by offering a wide range of new and refurbished quality homes to rent or buy, in an area that is a safe and pleasant place to live. We believe that residents are best placed to make decisions about their communities and we make sure that residents are as fully included in the process as possible.
Our track record in building high quality and modern homes has been recognised through awards at both a local and national level and our development team have a wealth of experience in delivering successful new build and refurbishment projects.
In 2004, The Sprit Partnership - our strategic partnership with Tees Valley Housing Group, Two Castles Housing Group, Erimus Housing, Three Rivers Housing Group and Housing Hartlepool - became an approved pilot partnership of the Homes & Communities Agency. This has enabled us to significantly increase levels of investment in the region and the quality of the homes we are providing.
