Westfield Estate, Loftus
We are transforming the Westfield Estate in Loftus to provide a new look community fit for 21st century living. The demolition of 286 properties will make way for around 300 new homes, which will be a mix of apartments, houses and bungalows ranging from two to four bedrooms for sale, rent and shared ownership.
The regeneration plans, which represents a £22m investment in the East Cleveland area will provide a more open and accessible estate with improved car parking to the homes, better road layouts and an improved overall living environment.
